Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is looking for new options for our fleet of approx. 139 multifunction devices throughout the college’s various locations. Currently, MCC leases our fleet of managed Konica-Minolta MFPs from our incumbent managed print vendor and we use Papercut MF as our Managed Print Software platform. We are not opposed to looking at other software solutions and brands of printers, but will have to factor in both financial, technical and logistical complexities to determine if they are worth the effort. The devices should meet our present and future needs (scanning, copying, printing, PaperCut MF, secure printing w/ badge readers). MCC is also looking to have the flexibility to add, remove, and relocate devices as needed. The Metropolitan Community College is interested in the printer features, leasing cost, maintenance fees, and the cost per print.
