Specifications include, but are not limited to: The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wastewater Individual Permit water quality sampling services at the Walhalla State Fish Hatchery. The vendor must be a commercial environmental laboratory certified in NPDES Wastewater Individual Permit Sampling by SC Department of Health and Environmental Control’s Office of Environmental Laboratory Certification and shall provide SCDNR with their lab ID number. The vendor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and manpower to adequately perform the work in accordance with listed specifications. Vendor must be registered with the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS). Water sampling at the Walhalla State Fish Hatchery will be as follows: • Sampling will occur the second Friday of every calendar month. • Effluent water sample characteristics (24 hr. composite) are to be monitored as follows: o BOD, TSS, Ammonia Nitrogen, and Phosphorus.
