It is the intent of the South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority, Division of Procurement Services, Office of State Procurement, on behalf of the Division of Facilities Management and Property Services, State Fleet Management (SFM), to solicit potential offerors for state vehicle body repair services. The Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, parts, accessories, assemblies, and/or components, in accordance with this solicitation. SFM has established a Commercial Vendor Repair Program (CVRP) service agreement with several State Agencies, Political Subdivisions and Educational Institutions to provide body repair services for over 7,000 vehicles. It is estimated that body repairs under this contract will average $1.5M annually. A signed service agreement authorized CVRP to be directly responsible for the body repair and paint services to vehicles owned by those governmental agencies. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish multiple sources of supply for body repair and paint services.
