The Removal of three interior office walls to create 1 Large useable space, (Exhibit A) is the largest of the 3 walls. • Removal/ relocate of all electrical, plumbing, ethernet, data, alarm connections. • Install duct work to provide efficient air flow on Westside of building. • Removal of drop ceilings. (Exhibit B) Wall structure above drop ceiling. • Relocate lights to match existing interior building lights. • Patch any holes in walls that are to remain. • Roof Insolation finish to match existing building insolation. • City to remove kitchen appliances and cabinets. (Exhibit C) City to remove appliances and cabinets. Two walls and ceiling to be removed by contractor. • All debris shall be removed at the end of each workday.
