The work for this project consists primarily of replacing an existing park shelter building with toilet facilities at Badger-Hickey Park in La Crosse. The existing building and site demolition will be done by the City and is NOT included in the work under this contract, although the Contractor may need to perform some incidental demolition of site remnants in order the accommodate Contractors construction means and methods. The work for this project will consist primarily of, but not limited to, the following: selective incidental demolition; concrete sidewalks and paving; cast-in-place concrete footings, foundations, walls, stairs, ramps and slabs; structural steel framing, glue-laminated framing and conventional wood framing; wood siding; painting; site furnishings; earthwork; unit pavers; new utility services; plumbing, mechanical and electrical; and landscaping. Construction administration services will be provided by River Architects.
