The City of St. Joseph will accept responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms meeting the following threshold qualifications: 1. Responding entities must have experience overseeing the development and management of a wide range of amateur multi-sport tournament tourism destinations. 2. Responding entities must demonstrate the ability to lead the design, planning, and construction phases of development of the Facility. 3. Responding entities must be capable of providing management and operational services for the Facilities. 4. Responding entities must be prepared to undertake, in an efficient manner, all aspects of marketing, management, and operations of the Facility. 5. Responding entities must demonstrate the ability to make the Facilities reasonably self-sustaining while ensuring reasonable availability of the Facilities for local community use on a free or limited cost basis (ordinarily during non-tournament times).
