Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hull: -Hull shall be 16-ft in length -To be a Tunnel Hull (for outboard jet tiller, not to be included in bid price) -Have a bottom width of 60-inches -Sides to be 24-inches -Transom 20-inches -Hull sides and bottom must have a thickness of 0.190-inches Marine Grade 5052 aluminum with Diamond plate deck and diamond tread floor (0.125-inches). -2 Rot resistant external floating pods with Transducer plate on the back (Reference Pictures #2 and #8). -Angled spray rails on the vertical hull. -Interior floor to be raised 4-inches. -Encapsulated spaces to be filled with floatation material or pressure sealed. -One 2-inch drain hole in the stern. -Small, recessed bilge pump area (approximately 14x24”, 14-inches forward and 12-inches side to side from center of drain hole) around hull drain hole, that will allow drainage. -Heavy Duty 2000GPH or greater (preferred Rule Marine). Bilge pump installed with emission port out the stern. -2 Heavy Duty transom “eyes” for tie down attachment. (Reference Picture #7) -Heavy Duty bow eye with 2 holes for connection of winch strap and safety chain. -Gunwale to be manufactured from 4-inch x 3-inch rectangular tubing. (Reference Picture #9) Bow: Bow of the boat should be mostly square with no sharp angles and only slightly raised. (Reference Picture #3) Wash Deck: Slightly raised bow with level wash deck. Wash deck should not have any upward tilt and must be level when the boat is at rest on the water. Excessive upward tilt of the bow will be unacceptable. -Approximate 12-inches (forward to rear) standing platform extending full width of deck. Approximate 6.75-inches above main wash deck surface. (Reference Picture #5) -Inset approximately 5-inches below top of gunwale in front and approximately 2.5-inches at the rear lip of the wash deck, however the rear dimensions can be adjusted as necessary to keep the wash deck surface level. Rear lip to be approximately 2.5-inches in height and rounded. -Main standing surface to be approximately 42-inches long from front of rear. -Must be rigid and capable of supporting at least 500 pounds. -2 drain holes (approximately 1.5” x 3.5”) at the rear of the wash deck for drainage. -Bulkhead under wash deck to be filled with floatation, or pressure sealed. -To be approximately 16-inches high from main floor. If higher, an 8-inch stepping flatform may be requested.
