The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is for Pierce County to secure the services of a qualified general contractor with expertise of all phases of construction to perform a variety of facility modification projects, repairs and other construction projects in court facilities, general office buildings, and correctional facilities throughout Pierce County, including jail facilities.
