The Department of Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms interested in providing professional Preliminary Site Investigations, Topographic Survey, Project Design Services, Administration Services, & Inspection/Material Testing Services for the project referenced above on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a one-year term, that may be extended at the state’s sole discretion on an annual basis, for two additional one-year terms, with the original contract and all renewals collectively not to exceed a three year term without re-soliciting. The services are to be provided on an asneeded basis, and the awarded offeror(s) is not guaranteed work during the contract term. Preliminary site investigations of SD GFP projects. o These site investigations include but are not limited to: Preliminary Walk-Through Easement Investigations Geotechnical Testing Preliminary site planning Existing Inspection Report and As-Built Review Aerial imagery – Including drone imagery. • Survey o Design quality site survey. Datum dependent on specific site conditions and project scopes. May include but not limited to: Bathymetric Survey Drone Survey Utility/Right-of-Way Survey Lidar Survey Legal boundary survey • Project Design Services o Provide project design plans and technical specifications for dam maintenance projects with varying repairs. Examples of dam maintenance project repairs are erosion repair, void filling, concrete repairs, sheet piling, embankment levelling, Etc. These projects may include but are not limited to the following scopes of work: Grading Soil Stabilization Imported Embankment Base Course Gravel Surfacing Clearing/Grubbing/Tree Removal Unclassified Excavation Rip-Rap Installation Culvert Installation/Replacement
