The City of Harper (City) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors interested in performing roof repair/replacement on the following city-owned structures that were damaged by large hail during a weather event on April 30, 2024; Cemetery Sexton Shop – Remove and replace metal roofing, hip / ridge cap, and 8” rain cap. Detach and reset television antenna. 2. Cemetery Storage Building – Remove and replace metal roof and eave trim for metal roofing. 3. Cemetery Gazebo – Remove and replace metal roofing, hip / ridge cap, cut and build the cupola. 4. City Shop – Remove and replace metal roofing, hip / ridge cap, ridge end cap for metal roofing, install gable trim for metal roofing (26 gauge), and 6” rain cap. 5. City Shop NE Offset – Remove and replace 3-tab 25 yr. comp. shingle roofing including felt, drip edge, hip / ridge cap (cut from 3-tab comp shingles); include the utilization of asphalt starter strips. 6. Sewer Treatment Plant – Remove and replace 6” aluminum gutter and downspout, approximately 12.05 SQ of single-ply membrane (fully adhered system, replace with 60 mil), approximately 12.05 SQ of 1” fiberglass board. 7. Aeration Building – Remove and replace metal roofing, hip / ridge cap, drip edge, install eave trim for metal roofing (26 gauge). 8. Downtown Stage – remove and replace metal roofing, hip / ridge cap, and drip edge.
