Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to construct the 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank as shown on the construction drawings. More specifically, the work shall include, but not be limited to, the elevated water tank, associated piping and tie-in, G.A.B sub foundation, concrete foundations, earthwork, site work, fire hydrant assembly, construction staking, grassing, erosion control, antenna corral, altitude valve vault, painting, cleaning, disinfection, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, taxes, as-built survey, and all other appurtenances and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings.
