1. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to replace the existing HVAC system at the Long Hill-Pasadena Forestry Work Center (FWC) at 8023 Long Hill Road, Pasadena, MD 21122. 2. Scope of the project shall include, but is not limited to the following: a. Removal of the existing heat pump, fan coil unit, freon lines, and controls. b. Replace with a new high-efficiency electric heat pump, fan coil unit w/heat pack, freon lines, and system controls. The new fan coil unit will connect to the existing ductwork which shall be cleaned by a professional duct cleaning company as part of this project. c. Remove and dispose of the three (3) wall-hung electric heaters in basement. Electrical wires and conduit for heaters shall be disconnected at the source electrical panel, removed and disposed of. Knock-out seals shall be installed on panel box for all removed conduit connections. d. Install a new electrical circuit to the fan coil unit for a new GFCI duplex receptacle to service a new condensate removal pump. e. The contractor shall provide a state certified, third-party inspection and approval of this work prior to final acceptance and project close-out. f. Properly dispose of construction debris from the job site and leave it in pre-construction condition.
