• Conduct air leakage testing to ASTM standards E779 and E1105 and AAMA standard 502 for air and water infiltration. Assume 15 window tests, and one (1) air leakage test. Provide add alternate for additional window tests. • Participate in five meetings to coordinate building envelope and waterproofing design. Provide unit cost for additional meetings. • DD & permit development: o Review and redline Architectural details to incorporate into drawing set. o Develop and provide plan and section envelope pressure boundary sheets for permit drawings. o Flag and identify additional construction and waterproofing details necessary to depict the design intent. • CD development o Review plans and details for general conformance with material manufacturers’ requirements and industry standards. o Review building envelope systems technical construction specifications for conformance with manufacturers requirements and industry standards. o Review the 90% CD set, or set prior to IFC, including building envelope system details and specifications prepared by Architect. o Review of the project plans, details, and specifications to confirm the initial peer review comments and recommendations were picked up or clarified. o Provide minor mark-ups to detailing or specifications that were added from the initial peer review comments. • Coordination with and review of in-situ construction mockups. • Attend periodic meetings with design team during DD and CD phases to coordinate on energy modeling and/or VE options at GC pricing updates • Provide site observation visits and written observation report for ten site visits. Provide a unit cost for additional site visits and observation reports. • Add alternate for one round of window testing at mockup.
