Selected food truck vendors will be granted permission to operate their food truck within designated areas of Hodge Park. The vendor is responsible for all aspects of their operation, including but not limited to: • Business Operations: Developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan outlining daily operations, menu offerings, pricing, and customer service standards. • Equipment and Supplies: Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to conduct business. • Utilities: Self-sufficiently providing power, water, and waste disposal for the food truck. • Park Maintenance: Ensuring the food truck area is left clean and free of debris daily. There should be no evidence of the food truck’s presence left behind upon departure. • Permits and Licenses: Obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, and insurance. • Compliance: Adhering to all applicable city, state, and federal laws, regulations, and health codes. • Hours of Operation: Food trucks must operate between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. • Food Truck Appearance: Food trucks must maintain a clean and orderly appearance. The vendor is responsible for keeping the immediate area around the food truck free of litter and debris. No obscene language or imagery is permitted on the food truck or in any promotional materials. • Prohibited Items: The sale of alcohol, tobacco products, and vaping-related items is strictly prohibited. • Outdoor Seating: The vendor must provide options for outdoor seating for customers. The use of existing park picnic tables and benches for customer seating is not permitted.
