Specifications include, but are not limited to: COMPANY is to provide non-emergent patient transport services that will best meet the needs of HOSPITAL’s Main Campus and associated satellite locations which will be added and/or deleted as deemed appropriate by HOSPITAL. Services will be offered to (i) uninsured patients, (ii) those patients that have insurance but their insurance does not cover transportation, and (iii) those patients that cannot afford to get a ride home. COMPANY will be notified in writing of such location changes and will make itself available to HOSPITAL. B. REQUIREMENTS 1. COMPANY shall provide a dedicated account representative who shall be, at a minimum, responsible for onsite visitations to HOSPITAL’s department users on a regular basis to obtain user feedback on satisfaction with services and products. Visitations shall be coordinated between representative and clinical department(s). 2. COMPANY will provide 24 hours / 7 days per week transportation services. 3. COMPANY shall provide vehicles capable of transporting patients on stretchers, in wheelchairs, and via bench seating. 4. COMPANY must be able to pick-up patient(s) at the following location: a. UMC Main Campus: 1800 West Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89102 5. The majority of transport destinations will be to local Las Vegas mental health facilities.
