Marine Fender System Repair Project – Project No. 24-013 at Jodrey State Fish Pier in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The location, general characteristics, and principal details of the Work are indicated on a set of specification drawings titled "Marine Fender System Repair Project – Project No. 24-013,” dated 7/31/24, drawn by HDR Architecture, P.C. (“Engineer”). Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by Addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the work and as herein specified.
