The proposed Work is located within the boundaries of SRPMIC at locations to be identified by the Project Manager. Projects will be assigned through the use of Task Orders on an on-call, as needed basis. On-call services may include, but are not limited to, installation or removal of permanent pavement markings, permanent pavement tape, and raised pavement markers for a variety of Community projects. Some of the assigned tasks may require a quick turn-around or night work. The Contractor must be able to adequately staff and work with the Community to provide requested services. The Contractor agrees to furnish all services, labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and anything else necessary to perform the Work in compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents and to the satisfaction of the Project Manager. Contractor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all payroll taxes, insurance, benefits, temporary power, business license and insurance. Contractor shall perform his work in a diligent and workmanship-like manner causing no delays or interference with the work of others.
