2.0 General Specifications 2.1 Offeror shall supply a Bell 429 and 407 helicopter for training purposes at suppliers location 2.2 Offeror shall have at their location a flight simulator for both the Bell 407 and 429 for required annual pilot training 2.3 Offeror shall provide the following Bell 407 and 429 pilot training per the following objectives: 2.3.1 Focus on the knowledge of the skilled performance of normal and emergency flight procedures and develop sound judgment and discipline necessary during flight. 2.3.2 Performance of normal and emergency flight procedures 2.3.3 First responder training 2.3.4 Simulation and scenario training 2.3.5 Full touchdown autorotation training utilizing supplier provided 407 Bell aircraft 2.4 Offeror shall provide the FAA requirements of Aircraft Refresher and /or Biennial Flight Review. 2.5 Offeror shall provide at their location, a Bell 429 and 407 aircraft that is disassembled to utilize as Training Aid, with open visual components 2.6 Offeror shall provide the following Bell 407 and 429 maintenance training: 2.6.1 Avionics, mechanical and electrical
