The selected contractor will be required to modernize all current, existing elevators, in the Church, Spring, and Aloft Parking Garages, by providing upgrades. The contractor is to keep existing elevator components as well as provide and install new, non-proprietary components. At a minimum, the contractor is to keep the following existing components: Platform Rails Capacity Speed Cab shell Door frames Hoistway door panels Any additional miscellaneous hoistway door equipment At a minimum, the contractor is to provide and install the following new, non-proprietary components: Microprocessor controllers with EPROM memory Solid state motor drive control LCD display of real-time car status and fault log Battery lowering Stainless steel signal fixtures to include: a car station with digital car position indicator, emergency light, fire service instructions and operation, LED illuminated button registration, ADA hands free telephone, and raised letter/braille identification. Stainless steel hall buttons Elevator car travel lanterns Hoistway access switches at both top and bottom landings Car door operator with tracks, hangers, rollers, clutch and relating equipment
