Through this RFP, the City is looking to select a subrecipient to lease and manage the family homeless shelter, the LMI housing complex along with the retail spaces located on the premises. . The subrecipient must: provide for the immediate emergency housing needs of homeless families in Minot and provide essential services to help these families secure a more stable future ensure that the family shelter is properly maintained throughout its life and continues to provide for the needs of homeless families Family Homeless Shelter provide the appropriate documentation to the City of Minot during the affordability period (20 years) Ensure at a minimum, that at least 51% of the 17 units located in the LMI Housing complex will be affordable to and leased to households with incomes at or below 80% of the Ward County Area Median Income (AMI).
