1. Removal and disposal of existing light fixtures 2. Verify existing wiring is in good usable condition for installation of new LED lighting fixtures 3. Verify circuit breaker and breaker panel are in good working condition to support new LED lighting fixtures 4. Installation of new LED light fixtures – Fixtures are to be 36,458 lumens, 240W, 5000K, UFO LED High Bay Sensor Ready Light Fixture, 1000W Metal Halide Equal, Black Finish 120- 277V, PLT-12567 or approved equal. Installation is a 1 for 1 fixture replacement. 5. Installation of new dimmable switches – Switches shall have both motion sensing and dimmable to coordinate with new fixtures. 6. Contractor shall be required to provide all needed supplies and equipment to provide for the removal of the existing lighting and associated items along with the installation of the new lighting and associated items– Shawnee County will not be responsible for supply any materials, labor or equipment for this project. 7. Contractor will be required to leave the job site in a clean and orderly manner at the end of each day, all materials and tools are to be kept secure when workers are not present at the job site – Shawnee County takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen materials or tools at any of the job sites.
