The Contractor must provide a system capable of securely receiving, storing and disseminating the data generated by the home detention monitoring equipment. The Contractor must provide a reliable and secure means of transmitting data between the central computer or unit and the participants home detention monitoring equipment. 5.2.The Contractor must provide appropriate monitoring devices that can be attached to each participant.
