4.1 The City anticipates the test and evaluation of approximately 200 large water meters ranging from three inches (3") to ten inches (10") in size. These meters are serving business, commercial and industrial establishments within and around the City of Kingsport. 4.2 Meters to be selected are of numerous manufactures and will be of the turbine, compound or fire‐service type. Any meters not having proper control valves or are lacking the ability to be field tested will be reported by the Consultant to the City and the City will make necessary alterations or authorize Consultant to make necessary alterations to accommodate testing. 4.3 All work is to proceed in a progressive manner and will be reported to the City within three (3) weeks of its completion. 4.4 The entire project will be summarized in a final report from the Consultant noting any system deficiencies, total calculated revenue loss, total calculated water loss and anticipated expense to make physical corrections
