• Evaluate the condition of existing replacement of windows and doors in order to determine if they should be repaired or replaced • Repair windows and doors, where appropriate, in a manner appropriate to the historic nature of the structure AND/OR replace windows and doors where necessary with windows and doors that will be similar in appearance and material to the original windows and doors • All window/door openings should include dark bronze storefront sub sill (2”x4.5”) to maintain and match original historic aesthetic. • All door/entry openings should include standard hardware, push/pull and closers. • All glass should be glazed with graylite/clear. • Project to include caulking, where needed, on breakmetal. • Openings include: o Two windows measuring 70” x 84” o Three windows measuring 60” x 75” o Door/window measuring 92” x 96” o Door/window measuring 164” x 98” o One single entrance door o Specific parameters of repair/replacement • Remove all trash and debris from work site
