A.1. The Contractor shall provide all goods or services and deliverables as required, described, and detailed below and shall meet all service and delivery timelines as specified by this Contract. A.2. Analysis Documentation. The Contractor shall analyze current process, tools, and document future needs by reviewing existing documentation, conducting interviews, and facilitating demonstrations to understand how the State performs its software development and maintenance activities, including its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. The deliverable from this work will be known as the Analysis Document. The Analysis Document will include, but not limited to: a. Identifying and analyzing the State’s current and future software projects and processes for tracking the lifecycle; b. Mapping of current processes to new processes using the new Software Development Lifecycle Consulting (“SDLC”) tools; c. Recommending “Product Add-ins” in support of the new processes. Product Add-ins are features developed by the base product vendor or a third-party vendor that provide additional complementary functionality or permit greater integration between products; d. Requiring training for the usage, administration (including security, access controls, and role configuration), and support of each software lifecycle tracking tool; and e. Establishing and reporting of performance metrics mutually agreed upon by the State and the Contractor. . The Analysis Document will be created by the Contractor that will be reviewed and approved in writing by the State before any implementation work is started. A.3. Implementation and Migration Plan. Once the Analysis Document has been approved by the parties, the Contractor shall create a plan to configure, implement, and migrate to the new SDLC Tools as outlined in the Analysis Document, which will be known as the Implementation and Migration Plan. The Implementation and Migration Plan will include, but not be limited to: a. Training of State employees and any other contractors working on projects with the State; b. Procurement of Product Add-ins suggested by the Contractor; c. Configuration Needs; d. Implementation Timeline; and e. Contractor and State time commitments, respectively. The Implementation and Migration Plan will be reviewed and approved by the State in writing before any other work is started.
