The channels must cover a broad wavelength range for detection (visible ~800nm through NIR ~1600nm). The internal fiber connections should be customizable (for example, polarizing maintaining or single-mode). The system must run on a 120V connection (no high voltage connection needed) so that it can be used in any standard laboratory. The compressor for the system must be air cooled, so that it can be used in any standard laboratory (no cooling water required). The system should be self-contained, such that it is relatively portable so that it can be shared between labs.
