1. The City of North Little Rock will furnish all necessary paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash can/ liners, hand soap in bathrooms, bathroom deodorant spray and dish soap for breakrooms. The Contractor shall furnish all cleaning supplies and equipment to clean and maintain the use of the facility, including but not limited to carts, containers, baskets, maintenance products, cleaning powders and products, detergents, disinfectants, polishes, vacuum cleaners, mops, brushes, etc., specific brands may be indicated. 2. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment necessary for the performance of the work required on this contract. Such equipment shall be of the size and type customarily used in work of this kind. 3. Electrical power will be furnished by the City at existing power outlets for the Contractor’s use to operate such equipment as is necessary in the conduct of his work. Hot and cold water will also be made available as necessary for that purpose.
