A. Vendor shall be responsible for conducting a comprehensive salary and compensation study for LRWRA. B. Vendor shall schedule an initial meeting with LRWRA to confirm the scope of services, methodology, project timelines and deliverables. C. Vendor shall conduct the study to include job titles, duties, responsibilities, and qualifications based upon the classification specification from LRWRA. D. Vendor shall include comparisons with local and regional municipalities and private sector entities, including comparable localities around the State and other utilities similar to LRWRA. E. Vendor shall complete an internal base salary relationship analysis, including the development of appropriate internal relationship guidelines. F. Vendor shall assist in the development of strategy for implementing the compensation recommendations and plan. G. Vendor must meet or exceed all requirements and specifications as set forth in this solicitation. LRWRA shall have the right to amend specifications and requirements, under the scope of this contract, based on revisions in federal, state, and local regulations, or as determined to be in the best interest of LRWRA. Vendor and LRWRA shall come to a written agreement regarding negotiated cost for such changes. H. All work under the scope of this contract shall be performed in a professional and skillful manner using industry best practices to provide quality, uniformed and professional results. Vendor represents and warrants that the services offered shall meet or exceed requirements and specifications expressed in this contract. I. If requested by LRWRA, vendor must prepare and present a presentation detailing the results of the study to the LRWRA executive team and to the LRWRC. The presentation will be done on-site and in person in Little Rock, Arkansas at a location determined by LRWRA.
