Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City is seeking proposals for LIHTC equity placement for the development of the project Atkinson Stacks/Sunrise Metro. Atkinson Stacks/Sunrise Metro consists of 118 new construction units (Atkinson Stacks) and a full renovation of the existing 100 units at Sunrise Metro Apartments. The property is located at 580 S. 500 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. The full development will consist of 218 permanent supportive housing units. All of the units are subsidized by project-based vouchers, supplied by the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City. The Housing Authority intends to work with the selected equity provider(s) for the next 5 to 10 years, subject to the financing terms and experience with each of the deals, throughout the construction of its and Sunrise Metro and Atkinson Stacks Apartments Development.
