Non-stacked pallets will be rejected. * All rolls are to be wrapped in sealed poly bags and clearly labeled as to type, style number, manufacturer, and yardage per roll. * Delivery is of the essence and the State reserves the right to reject any and all vendors who cannot make delivery within 90 days from the date of award. * Samples may be required for color and weight before contract is awarded; Shipment of samples shall be at the bidder's expense. * Deliveries are to be made between 6:00 AM - 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. No deliveries on Fridays. * There is no forklift at this facility, only a hand jack.
