Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as “Owner”, on behalf the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (“Using Agency” or 'BOR''), is seeking firms interested in providing construction management at risk services for a project known as Project No. J-419, “Dental College of Georgia Building” at Georgia Southern University, Armstrong Campus, Savannah, Georgia. The proposed project is a new state-of-the-art facility to support a new DCG dental education program (with related clinical and research functions) on the GSOU Armstrong campus in Savannah. A design professional (DP) firm experienced in designing Dental Education Buildings will lead a comprehensive programming exercise for the new facility as part of the design process. The detailed program will be developed in collaboration with representative stakeholders from GSOU, AU, and DCG. The selected DP will also conduct thorough evaluation and analysis of identified potential project sites.
