Preconstruction Phase Services: Kickoff Workshop: CMAR will meet with the City and design team to introduce project teams, establish roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols, and review the anticipated scope of work, schedule, and budget established by the City. Preliminary Engineering Review Workshop: CMAR will attend a workshop with the City and Engineer to conduct field investigations and review the Basis of Design Report to finalize the scope of work for the Project.
