Repair existing roads with mill and overlay, improve storm mitigation and drainage structures, remove vegetation for road repairs, remove vegetation to improve hiking trails, and remove vegetation along the Seneca Lake shoreline to increase areas for recreation. The following tasks are included in the scope of work: Conduct minimal field survey required to fulfill project scope. Prepare a scoping document & Drainage memo. Prepare a Geotechnical report & Materials Design report. Develop Stage IV design documents including plans, specifications, and estimate. Perform necessary utility investigations to fully prepare utility and railroad clearance. To be issued in final design when construction funds are programmed. Perform necessary environmental investigations and NEPA documentation to fully prepare environmental clearance. To be issued in final design when construction funds are programmed. Assist the Department's Right‐of‐Way section to fully prepare the Right‐of‐Way clearance. To be issued in final design when construction funds are programmed. Conduct management and administrative tasks including coordination, meetings, schedule updates, comment responses, etc.
