Provide Refractory Installation and Sandblasting Services for the Waste to Energy Facility (WTEF) located in Spokane, Washington at 2900 S Geiger Boulevard. In addition Contractor may be asked to perform miscellaneous repairs agreed upon by WTEF and Contractor. The Contractor must report to WTEF Control Room daily prior to performing any service Refractory Installation Services: refractory demo, tile installation, plastic ramming, gunnite applications and miscellaneous non-code anchor welding. Sandblasting Services: Sandblasting of unmarked and marked tube areas in boilers, convection cavity, superheater tube bundles, screen tubes, preheater tubes and generator tubes. This will involve spreading of pendants and tubes to access areas of concern. May also be required to perform superheater lance cleaning and to facilitate welding.
