This approach should ensure that the analysis addresses the intersectionality of identities and how these compounds the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. b. Assessment and Analysis: o Conduct a thorough assessment of current barriers to disability justice within Washington State courts, including but not limited to physical, programmatic, and cultural barriers. This assessment should focus on how these barriers intersect with other social identities and impact the full participation of individuals with disabilities within the court system, ensuring that the study’s findings are comprehensive and aligned with the DJTF’s vision. c.
