The successful proposer will, in consultation with Thurston County Environmental Health Division and Community Planning communications staff, complete the following: 1. Working with the community, determine which data would be the most valuable. 2. Develop a data dashboard patterned after the Arc GIS dashboard developed by the City of Kirkland: https://kirkland-watersheds-kirklandwa.hub.arcgis.com/pages/water-quality 3. Conduct UX testing on the Kirkland dashboard with Thurston County community members and make updates based on test results and feedback. 4. Meet no less than once per month (at pre-scheduled intervals and dates) with designated Environmental Health Division and Community Planning Staff to discuss and clarify the study, its progress and status, and to resolve any issues. 5. Deliverables: Functional data dashboard patterned after the City of Kirkland’s dashboard. 6. Monthly reports and billings. 7. Timeline: The project will be completed no later than February 14th, 2025
