Coordinate with Lane County on event parking Generate revenue for Lane County. Structure regulations, parking permit conditions, and rules of the program within lawful guidelines and with pre-approval from the County. Agree to a policy of non-discrimination based on age, disability, race, sex, religion, color, national origin, language, ethnicity, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran’s status, or political beliefs. Sell pre-season passes. Monitor and set-up area at least 8 hours prior start of football games. Area set-up and monitoring for other events will be coordinated between Lane County and respondent. (Lots open 6 hours prior to start of the game/event.) Coordinate and direct incoming and out flowing traffic. Coordinate with Lane County on staff parking requirements when parking services are being provided. Erect temporary fencing (supplied by Respondent) around the perimeter of the Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities and Youth Services buildings to adequately provide privacy for the County’s clients and service processes. The fencing will be removed within one week of the last regularly scheduled home game or after any Championship game(s) if the UO is scheduled to host. Maintain a safe, contained, and family-friendly environment during the day of each event, including the monitoring of patron activities that include alcohol (tailgating.) Ensure that the parking staff is trained in best practices in containing unruly/unlawful behavior, whether behavior is caused by substance/alcohol abuse or otherwise. Collaborate with other community and non-profit agencies that are impacted by this program. Protect the environment, landscaping, and property while performing these Services. Supply adequate temporary public restroom facilities. Maintain open and honest communication with County personnel regarding revenue, expenses, and all issues that arise in the course of the contract. Ensure the parking areas are cleared of patrons and restore the area to its previous condition prior to leaving the premises.
