Contractor will burn 203 acres of piles, that were piled during the summer and fall of 2024. Piles consist of mixed conifer trees, less than 10 inches in diameter and are roughly 6’x6’x10’ in size. The piles must be at least 80% consumed once work is completed. Contractor will be responsible for monitoring the unit 48 hours post last pile ignition. Contractor Agrees to: 1. Burn piles to at least 80% consumption. 2. Monitor the unit at least 48 hours after last ignition. 3. Notify Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife and Oregon Department of Foresty at least 1 week before burning. 4. Complete any necessary prep work before burning. 5. Supply all equipment required by Oregon Department of Forestry to complete the burn safely. 6. Provide a burn plan. 7. Obtain all necessary permits. 8. Hold current and active qualifications to perform burn.
