A. Provide liquid oxygen for residents of the Idaho State Veterans Home – Lewiston. The delivery of liquid oxygen will be every Monday and Friday each week as needed. Additional delivery of oxygen will need to be on a flexible schedule that will be mutual agreed upon by the Facility and contractor; depending on the needs of the facility. All oxygen must be "USP" Grade. B. Liquid Oxygen is required for a 1500 gallon oxygen tank, owned by the facility. The delivery of the liquid oxygen will be on a keep fill basis. The tank has a low alarm set at 22 inches, with a reorder point set at 40 inches. The compatability of a fill neck is the responsibility of the winning bidder. The liquid oxygen tank fill area will accommodate a tractor trailer delivery vehicle. C. Contractor will supply a cylinder swap for customer owned cylinders for the 6x6 high-pressure double-sided oxygen reserve manifold tanks on an as needed request. D. The Contractor will be responsible to complete all annual certifications on both the 1,500 gallon and the 6x6 high-pressure double-sided oxygen reserve manifold tanks as required for compliance with state and federal life safety regulations (NFPA 99 Chapter 11, 11.5.2.5). Contractor will complete an initial inspection of the oxygen tanks within two (2) weeks of the start of the contract and annually thereafter during the terms of the contract. Inspection reports will be submitted to the Building Facility Foreman or designee within one (1) week of the completion of the individual inspections.
