Contractor shall, in a satisfactory and proper manner, provide pest control services forthe control of roaches, ants, silverfish, rats, mice, termites, and other pests in or aroundCity-owned buildings on a quarterly basis and an as-needed basis. Visible webs andhornets/wasps’ nest will also be removed each quarter. Pest control also requires ayearly termite inspection of various buildings. See Attachment A for list of buildings andlocations. Areas to be treated include but are not limited to the following: 1. Offices in all buildings 2. Meeting and conference rooms 3. All public and common areas (including restrooms) 4. Hallways, stairways and loading areas 5. Maintenance and storage areas 6. Food service and preparation areas 7. Employee break and locker areas 8. Garbage handling and waste disposal areas 9. Perimeters adjacent to buildings 10. Parking Garages 11. Busses and trolleys (27 total) The areas to be treated are approximate and are subject to change
