Contractor to provide supplemental labor, supervision, and transportation for nine (9) New Orleans Saints home game clean-up events in 2024. See attached Exhibit A for scheduled clean-up dates/times. See attached Exhibit B for map of designated clean-up areas. Clean-up of designated areas shall be completed by 8:00 AM the morning following the game per the attached schedule. Contractor shall provide twenty (20) laborers, (1) supervisor, and (2) transport vehicles for four (4) hours per game to collect and bag litter and debris in the designated areas. Contractor shall place all bagged debris on the curb in the designated clean-up areas. Contractor shall provide employees with gloves, safety vests, and PPE. City shall provide Contractor with direction on designated clean-up areas, bags, rakes, and carts to facilitate debris collection. City shall provide for disposal of bagged debris. Contractor shall submit invoice with roster of employees that worked clean-up event to BRASS system following each event. Contractor shall provide Total Cost for per attached Exhibit C Total Cost Calculation Table. Laborers: 720 hours Supervisor: 36 hours Transport Vehicles: 72 hours
