The University of Tennessee Knoxville is seeking special event parking services to supplement existing special events service provided by staff employed by the UT PTS. These supplemental services will allow the University to elevate the customer experience and expand services. The University’s event schedule includes up to 8 home football games annually with attendance of 102,455 at its on-campus facility Neyland Stadium; approximately 35-38 men’s and women’s basketball games with attendance up to 21,405 at the on-campus Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center; and 35-40 other major concerts and events scheduled throughout the year with attendance ranging from 5,000 to 21,000, as well as numerous additional athletics and athletic facility special events (Softball, Baseball, Soccer, Tennis, Neyland events) that require special event parking assistance. These specifications are intended to set out the particular details and requirements for the special event parking services which are required prior to, during and following events conducted in Neyland Stadium, Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center, and other campus event areas. This scope of work includes operations of all campus parking resources for designated events, providing a first-class game day experience for all participants.
