Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified construction managers/general contractors (“Proposer”) for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for the addition of one (1) new Parks & Recreation Maintenance Building to be located at Montagna Park in Via Inspirada (“Project”). The building will house one (1) new equipment maintenance bay, one (1) workroom w/ small kitchen, two (2) offices, one (1) gender-neutral restroom, one (1) exterior mechanical enclosure, and one (1) new MDF closet. The size of the building is approximately 1,460 SF and should be constructed out of load bearing CMU blocks (exterior) and metal stud framing for all other walls (Interior). CMAR will also be responsible for grading approximately 1.5 acres.
