The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to improve multiple turning radiuses by installing catch basins and drain pipes as specified along the following Parish roads: • 4th Ave (R09I017) Section 23 Township 8S Range 14E Slidell; • Cane Ave (R08L015) Section 6 Township 9S Range 15E Slidell; • Doss Dr (R09D057) Section 34 Township 8S Range 14E Slidell; • Dupard St (R04E143) Section 38 Township 8S Range 11E Mandeville; • East Ave (R09G055) Section 38 Township 9S Range 14E Slidell; • Forest Ln (R04D091) Section 40 Township 7S Range 11E Mandeville; • Foy St (R04E122) Section 38 Township 8S Range 11E Mandeville; • Jones Rd (R09D050) Section 34 Township 8S Range 14E Slidell; and • Napoleon Ave (R09G013) Section 38 Township 9S Range 14E Slidell.
