All labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to furnish, pavement markings and signs, install, maintain and remove temporary construction barricades, precast concrete barriers, lights, signals, including project signs; providing flaggers; and complying with all other requirements regarding the protection of the work, workers and safety of the public.
