The City of Phoenix Aviation Department invites sealed offers from qualified vendors to perform preventative maintenance and repair services on Trilogy and electronic locks for a five (5) year contract term, commencing on or about November 1, 2024, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by the City Council, conditioned on signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. The F&S Lock Shop is responsible for maintaining approximately 1,500 Trilogy and electronic locks throughout the Airports and surrounding airport properties. This contract is intended to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for the Trilogy and electronic locks, and to provide back-up support to the F&S Lock Shop, as required.
