The Pierce County Planning and Public Works, Office of the County Engineer, requests qualifications from consulting engineering firms capable of preparing the preliminary design for CRP5111 – B Street (192 Street East to 176 Street East). The selected consultant shall anticipate the need to provide for any or all the following: • Scope, schedule, and budget to complete the final plans, specifications, and estimates • Geotechnical investigation and report • Septic evaluation/design and report • Pavement design and report • Retaining wall design • Guardrail system design or modifications • Illumination/interconnect design • Traffic signal design or wiring modifications • Stormwater drainage design and report • Channelization/Signage design • Utility coordination • Final right-of-way plans, if necessary • Negotiation and procurement of additional property rights, if necessary
