Contractor shall provide labor and equipment necessary to operate and support the milling machine for uniform milling, variable milling, and full depth patch operations in various locations in Cherokee County. The price for the milling machine should include all labor and equipment necessary to operate and support the machine during the operation with minimal down time. The price should include all personnel, support vehicles, excluding water truck. SCDOT will be responsible for securing water source and for providing water truck for each project and will be responsible for all costs associated with obtaining water. A pre-construction meeting will be held prior to the project. SCDOT will provide traffic control, clean up, and hauling millings for each project. The RME or his designee shall provide the contractor a purchase order and map of the work location prior to beginning work on each project.
