OLCC is soliciting an RFQ to award a 5-year contract to an Oregon licensed HVAC and repair/service company. The company will provide the following services as needed. Approximately 8747sqft office space and storage. Work would include, but not limited to, the following: HVAC: work includes package rooftop A/C units with gas heat, rooftop heat pumps, split systems, controls work, individual thermostat, sheet metal, and duct work. Contractor must have the ability to diagnose, repair, and install new parts for HVAC, when approved in writing by OLCC. Contractor must respond to OLCC’s call regarding an emergency within 1 hour of our call to acknowledging our emergency with a phone call back, and within 2 hours to have a technician on site for an after-hour emergency repair. regarding HVAC issues.
