Heavy duty/premium grade polypropylene carton sealing tape, manufactured with “hot melt” pressure sensitive adhesive with the purpose of safely and securely holding/sealing a variety of corrugated and liner-board shipping cartons. The tape must comply with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, CFR Title 21, Subpart B, Paragraph 175.105, which covers the use of pressure sensitive adhesives and tapes for “indirect contact” food packages, such as box sealing. Height of skid and product must not exceed 53”, no exceptions, as it will not conform to the MSLC warehouse racking system. • Skid height (including skid and product) not to exceed 53” overall height (no exceptions) 1. Item #1 • Size 72mm x 55mm • Number of Rolls per Case: Twenty Four (24) • Vendor must have all legal rights to sell this specific tape. • Usage: (72mm x 55mm) Delivery to be 90 cases per delivery or 2,160 rolls per delivery. • Annual usage should be two (2) separate delivers per year or 4,320 rolls per year. 2. Item #2 • Size: 72mm x 914mm • Number of Rolls per Case: Four (4) • Vendor must have all legal rights to sell this specific tape. • Usage: (72mm x 914mm) Deliver to be 48 cases per delivery or 192 rolls per delivery. • Annual usage should be two (2) separate deliveries per year or 384 rolls per year. B. ITEM #3 – 20” STRETCH WRAP (ROLL FILM) Specifications • Tenneco or equal • 80 Gauge minimum thickness, clear film • 20” roll web width • 10” roll diameter • 3” inside core diameter • 6,000 minimum feet per roll • Vendor must have all legal rights to sell the product • Approximate annual usage: 80 rolls or two deliveries Skid Size and Loading • 40” x 48” good quality skid.
